Another card..

I made this card using some rose print paper and a frame made of thick handmade paper.

The hearts are cut using sizzix templates and the bow is organza ribbon.

The flowers were 'borrowed' from my sister.

I have been trying, somewhat unsuccessfully, to add this link to my blog.

I don't seem to grasp the concept of adding buttons and have struggled in vain with several others I'd love to share. If anyone can give me simple steps to doing this, I would be very grateful. : )

Birthday Card

I decided to make a birthday card while I had a lot of my craft stuff out.

I have a lot of birthdays coming up in the next couple of

Baby Girl

I made this card for my very dear friends Jo & Chris,

who have just been blessed with their second baby daughter.

I've used some lovely parchment paper and a pale pink and off-white candy stripe.

I love the tiny little hands and feet embellishments on the tag.

I spiralled the wire hanger and threaded a tiny jingle bell onto it.

Just for a bit of fun I made this little Halloween hanger.

Small Envelope Box

I made my small button box using paper from K&Company Garden of Friendship pad.

I've used hearts, tiny heart-shaped buttons and paper flowers to embellish the front.

I haven't put anything inside yet, but it's the perfect size to place some of my ATC's.

A Christmas Jester Shoe

We had a craft day yesterday and our challenge was to decorate a Jester shoe.

This was my shoe.

I love the little bell tied to the tip of the shoe.

The other side is also decorated with similar embellishments.

Perfect to hang on a Christmas tree.

Envelope card

I love the deep red wide ribbon on this envelope card, it ties a fantastic bow......and on the inner I've used papers from Nostalgia collection...

...with a 'sweet dreams' tag tucked inside... ... and a couple of love stickers on the back to finish off with.
