Crochet Flowers

I crocheted two brooches recently, the first in a scrummy plum colour...

 ...with 5 large outer petals and 5 smaller inner petals and a thin stem...

 ...and another in pale colours...

 ...with 5 large pink outer petals and 5 smaller peach inner petals...

 ...both with brooch fastening sewn onto the back...

...then pinned to a backing card with a heart tag embellishment.

Tatty Rag Horseshoes

Just a couple of Tatty Rag Horseshoes I've made today.

The first is made in a blue colourway, with stripes, florals and plain fabrics...

...and the second is in pale purples, with floral print gingham, plain and two florals.

Scrap Frame

Yesterday I went to put something away in my craft cupboard, several hours later I was three buckets of rubbish lighter but with what seemed less room than when I first started.  

But I did find some things I'd bought for projects but not got round to doing.

So last night I did this picture frame.

  

It is a basic wooden frame and I have covered it with scraps of craft papers.

I used it to frame three pictures that make me happy.
