Hares!

Easter has been and gone and some of the gifts I made for people didn't even get their likeness taken.
I made lots of these lovely little fellows but only got snaps of these two...
so I'll try to snap a shot or two of the others with their new owners...

Union Jack Brooches

I've been cross-stitching various Union Jack designs, trying several different patterns until I finally came up with one I'm happy with.  The idea was that I would use them on different projects but so far I've only made these brooches...
...and the sun was going in and out like a fiddler's elbow when I was trying to take photo's so they're not the shots I was looking for but will do for now.

Crochet Flowers

I crocheted two brooches recently, the first in a scrummy plum colour...
...with 5 large outer petals and 5 smaller inner petals and a thin stem...
 ...and another in pale colours...
...with 5 large pink outer petals and 5 smaller peach inner petals...
...both with brooch fastening sewn onto the back...
...then pinned to a backing card with a heart tag embellishment.
